Bubble Craps — Official Sweepstakes Rules
Effective Date: July 2, 2026
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
These are the Official Rules (the "Official Rules") of the Bubble Craps sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") operated by Tappy Games, LLC ("Sponsor"). By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Sweepstakes is intended for participation in the United States only, in those states in which it is lawful.
1. Sponsor
Tappy Games, LLC
Email: support@tappygames.com
The Sweepstakes is administered solely by Sponsor. Apple Inc., Google LLC, and any third-party platform on which the Service is distributed have no responsibility for the Sweepstakes, its administration, prize fulfillment, or compliance with applicable law. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to Apple, Google, or any other distribution platform.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who:
- Are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry;
- Are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except residents of the Excluded Jurisdictions listed in Section 3;
- Are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction at the time of entry and redemption;
- Have a valid, verifiable identity as determined by Sponsor's identity-verification processes;
- Have not been self-excluded and are not prohibited by court order or regulatory action from participating;
- Are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, prize suppliers, or any other entity involved in the Sweepstakes, and are not an immediate family member or person living in the same household of any such person.
Sponsor may refuse, suspend, or terminate a participant's entry at its discretion for failure to meet eligibility requirements.
3. Excluded Jurisdictions
The Sweepstakes is void and not available in California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Utah, and Washington, and any other jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes is prohibited or would require registration, licensing, or bonding that Sponsor has not completed. The current list of Excluded Jurisdictions is published at excluded-jurisdictions.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on the effective date noted above and continues until Sponsor terminates it at its discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, subject to applicable law.
5. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5.1 Method 1 — Gameplay Entry
Sweeps Coins ("SC") are sweepstakes entries. You may obtain SC at no additional cost through:
- Free bonus SC with Gold Coins purchases. When you purchase Gold Coins, Sponsor may include a free bonus grant of SC. The SC is always included at no additional cost; the Gold Coins purchase price reflects only the Gold Coins themselves.
- Daily login bonus. A free grant of SC is available by logging in daily, subject to limits published in the Service.
- Promotional grants. Sponsor may offer additional free SC through promotions, tournaments, and special events.
- Other free methods Sponsor may introduce from time to time.
Once you hold SC, you may use it to play Bubble Craps in Sweeps Coins mode. Each bet placed with SC is an entry into the Sweepstakes for that round. Outcomes are determined by the random roll of two fair, randomized six-sided dice.
5.2 Method 2 — Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE")
Participants may obtain SC without making any purchase or incurring any cost by submitting a handwritten mail-in AMOE request as described in the AMOE Procedure. The AMOE provides SC equivalent in value to the bonus SC grant included with Sponsor's smallest Gold Coins purchase package. AMOE requests are limited to one (1) per person per day. Mail to: Tappy Games, LLC, Attn: Bubble Craps AMOE Requests, PO Box 15, Saint Helens, OR 97051.
6. Odds
Outcomes are determined by the random roll of two six-sided dice. The mathematical odds of winning for each bet type are inherent to the rules of the game of craps and are published in-app. For example, the probability of rolling a 7 on any given roll is 6 in 36 (approximately 16.67%). The odds of winning any given entry depend on the specific bet placed. Sponsor uses a cryptographically secure random number generator.
7. Prizes
Prizes take the form of Sweeps Coins credited to the participant's account based on the outcome of each round of play, according to the standard payouts for each craps bet type. Payouts are calculated on the amount of SC wagered.
7.1 Redemption
Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for cash-equivalent prizes, subject to these Official Rules, the Terms of Use, and applicable law. Approved prizes are currently fulfilled manually using an electronic payout method available to Sponsor and accepted by the participant. The payout method and any information required to deliver the prize are confirmed during review.
7.2 Redemption ratio
One (1) SC is redeemable at the ratio of 1 SC = $1 USD in prize value. The ratio is fixed except where Sponsor publishes a change in advance.
7.3 Minimum redemption
The minimum redemption is 50 SC per request. A participant may request no more than an aggregate of 1,000 SC per UTC day. Sponsor may lower a participant-specific limit or delay a request when reasonably necessary for eligibility, fraud, payment-risk, or compliance review.
7.4 Redemption process
To redeem SC, a participant must submit a redemption request through the in-app redemption interface; complete Sponsor's identity and eligibility review; confirm physical presence in an eligible jurisdiction; pass fraud, transaction-integrity, and compliance review; and complete any tax forms required by Sponsor or applicable law. Sponsor currently performs identity review manually by email. The participant will receive a KYC request at the email associated with the account and may be asked to reply with a government-issued ID image and confirmation that the payout destination belongs to the participant. Sponsor does not request a Social Security number, password, full bank account number, or full payment-card number through the KYC email. Sponsor may later replace this process with a disclosed third-party verification provider.
Redemption requests are typically processed within 3 to 10 business days after successful completion of all required steps. Sponsor is not liable for delays attributable to participants or third parties.
7.5 Right to deny redemption
Sponsor reserves the right to deny, delay, reverse, or forfeit redemption where Sponsor reasonably determines that: a participant has violated these Official Rules or the Terms of Use; engaged in fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, or identity misrepresentation; the associated Gold Coins purchase was refunded, charged back, or reversed; the participant is ineligible under Section 2 or is located in an Excluded Jurisdiction; redemption would violate applicable law; or required tax or KYC information has not been provided.
8. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes applicable to prizes received. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or another required tax form when required by law. Participants may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 as a condition of prize release.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by participating in and winning a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner's username, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional notice or compensation. Winners may decline photograph or likeness use upon written request to support@tappygames.com.
10. Conduct and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with, disrupts, or interferes with the Sweepstakes; violates these Official Rules or the Terms of Use; engages in unsportsmanlike, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct; or attempts to gain an unfair advantage. Disqualification results in forfeiture of all SC, pending redemptions, and ineligibility to re-enter.
11. Limitations of Liability
By participating, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages to persons or property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes.
In no event will Sponsor's liability in connection with the Sweepstakes exceed the value of the prize at stake. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or unintelligible entries, technical problems, human error, or incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, all disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Use, including the binding arbitration agreement and class-action waiver. Any claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, not attorneys' fees. Participants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.
13. Privacy
Information collected from participants is governed by Sponsor's Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
14. General
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be published in-app and on this page. If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend it.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any term will not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Official Rules, together with the Terms of Use, AMOE Procedure, Excluded Jurisdictions memo, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Sweepstakes.
15. Winners List
A list of prize winners (by username and state) for the past 30 days is available upon written request to: Tappy Games, LLC — Winners List, at the contact address. Requests must be received within 60 days after the end of the calendar month in which the prize was awarded.
16. Responsible Gaming
If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) or visit ncpgambling.org. Current support and account-restriction options are described in our Responsible Gaming Policy.
