Bubble Craps — Responsible Gaming

Tappy Games, LLC is committed to promoting responsible play. Bubble Craps is intended for entertainment. This Policy describes the controls and support options currently available and is incorporated into the Terms of Use by reference.

1. Our Commitments

• We provide access to Sweeps Coins history and responsible-play resources.
• We provide support-assisted account restriction when a player asks us to block access.
• We prohibit minors and require participants to be 21 or older for Sweeps Coins.

2. Controls Available Today

2.1 Account and redemption history

The Service displays Sweeps Coins history and the status of recent redemption requests. A redemption may be canceled by the participant only while it remains pending.

2.2 Purchase controls

Gold Coins purchases made in the native mobile application are processed through Apple or Google. Players can use purchase approval, parental-control, and spending-management features offered by their device or app-store account. Bubble Craps does not currently provide user-configurable in-app purchase, loss, or session-time limits.

2.3 Taking a break

To request an account restriction, email responsiblegaming@tappygames.com from the address associated with your account and include your username or support code. Support will verify the request and can block account access. This is currently a support-assisted process; the Service does not provide a self-service duration selector.

3. Account Restrictions

After verifying a request, Support can apply an administrative block that prevents account sign-in. Because this blocks the entire account, the participant should contact Support about any pending redemption before requesting the restriction. Reactivation is not automatic and requires a separate review. Creating or using another account to avoid a restriction violates the Terms of Use.

Formal time-based or permanent self-exclusion, automated marketing suppression, and government exclusion-list integrations are not represented as available until implemented and tested.

4. Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bubble Craps, and at least 21 years old to participate with or redeem Sweeps Coins. Age is self-declared during Sweeps Coins attestation and may be verified using an emailed government-issued ID during prize review. If we determine that an underage person has used the Service, we may block the account and take other action permitted by the Terms and applicable law.

5. Identifying Problem Play

Signs that may indicate a gambling problem include:

• Spending more time or money on games than you intended.
• Chasing losses by betting more to recover.
• Lying to family or friends about time or money spent.
• Borrowing money to play or to pay related debts.
• Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not playing.
• Neglecting work, school, or relationships.

If any of these apply to you or someone you care about, help is available below.

6. How We Support Responsible Play

• Advertising: we do not knowingly direct marketing to minors.
• Promotions: bonuses are optional and cannot compel continued play. Wagering requirements are clearly disclosed.
• Customer support: if you contact us about a play-related concern, we can provide resources and assist with an account restriction.
• Redemptions: pending redemption requests may be canceled while the cancellation option remains available.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email (if on file).
