Bubble Craps — Excluded Jurisdictions

The Bubble Craps Sweepstakes (Sweeps Coins play and redemption) is not available to residents of, or individuals physically located in, the jurisdictions listed below. Residents of excluded jurisdictions may download and use Bubble Craps for Gold Coins play only; they may not acquire, play with, or redeem Sweeps Coins. The list is updated from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law.

Excluded U.S. States

In addition, the Sweepstakes is void in any other U.S. state, territory, or jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes is prohibited by law, or where it would require registration, licensing, or bonding that Tappy Games has not completed.

Excluded Countries

The Sweepstakes is available only in the United States. It is not available in any other country, including without limitation Canada, the United Kingdom, any member state of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, or any jurisdiction outside the United States.

Age Restrictions

In addition to jurisdictional exclusions, all participants must be at least 21 years of age to participate in or redeem Sweeps Coins.

Enforcement

Tappy Games requires participants to declare their state of residence before Sweeps Coins access and blocks self-declared residents of listed jurisdictions. Sponsor may compare connection-location signals, emailed identity documents, and residential information during prize review, and verifies mailing-address information for AMOE requests. Attempts to misrepresent location or eligibility violate the Terms of Use and may result in suspension, review, disqualification, or forfeiture where permitted by law.

Changes
