Bubble Craps — Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

This document describes the Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE") for the Bubble Craps Sweepstakes operated by Tappy Games, LLC. The AMOE allows any eligible participant to obtain Sweeps Coins ("SC") without making any purchase and without any cost or obligation. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

You must meet all eligibility requirements of the Official Rules (Section 2), including being at least 21 years old, residing in an eligible U.S. jurisdiction, and not being a Sponsor employee or immediate family member. You must have an active Bubble Craps account to receive AMOE-granted SC.

2. How to Submit an AMOE Request — Mail-In Only

AMOE requests are accepted by U.S. Postal Mail only. You may submit one (1) request per person per day. Duplicate or additional requests above the daily limit will be disregarded.

Handwrite (not typed or printed from a computer) the following on a single 3 x 5 inch index card or sheet of paper:

1. "Bubble Craps SC Request" as the subject line.
2. Your full legal first and last name.
3. Your date of birth.
4. Your complete residential mailing address.
5. Your email address.
6. The username or account identifier associated with your Bubble Craps account (or the email used to create the account).
7. Your original signature.
8. The handwritten statement: "I am at least 21 years old and wish to receive Sweeps Coins in the Bubble Craps sweepstakes."

Place the completed card in an envelope with sufficient postage and mail it to:

Only requests that are handwritten, legible, complete, and sent in a separately addressed stamped envelope will be accepted. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, mass-produced, or illegible requests will be rejected. One request per outer mailing envelope.

No web, email, or in-app submission method is offered. The mail-in requirement ensures the AMOE remains a genuine, equally-available alternative to purchase, and prevents automated abuse.

3. SC Grant Amount

Each successfully processed AMOE request results in the grant of Sweeps Coins equivalent in value to the bonus SC grant included with Sponsor's smallest Gold Coins purchase package. The current amount is published in-app. SC granted via the AMOE carries the same terms, value, and redemption rights as SC obtained through any other method.

4. Limits

• One (1) AMOE request per person per day, regardless of method.
• One (1) SC grant per unique mailing address per day.
• One (1) SC grant per unique account per day.
• Multiple requests from the same person, household, account, mailing address, email address, IP address, or device in excess of the daily limit will be rejected or consolidated into a single grant.

5. Processing Time

Mail-in requests are processed within 14 days after Sponsor's receipt of a valid, complete request. Processing time excludes weekends, federal holidays, and delays caused by postal delivery, high request volume, or account-verification issues. Sponsor is not responsible for mail lost in transit. Once processed, SC will be credited to the participant's account and visible in the in-app transaction history.

6. Verification

Sponsor may verify identity, age, and eligibility of any AMOE requester before granting SC, including by comparing information against Sponsor's records and by requesting additional information. Requests containing false, incomplete, or unverifiable information will be rejected. Abuse of the AMOE, including submitting requests on behalf of others without consent, submitting requests above the per-person limit using different names, or using automated systems, constitutes fraud and may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes, forfeiture of all SC, and referral to law enforcement.

7. No Charge

The AMOE is free. Sponsor does not charge any fee and does not require any payment, purchase, subscription, membership, donation, or other consideration. Sponsor will not reimburse postage for mail-in requests; your only cost is the price of postage you voluntarily incur.

8. Purpose of the AMOE

The AMOE ensures that no purchase is necessary to enter or win in the Sweepstakes. SC obtained through the AMOE is fully equivalent in value and redemption rights to SC obtained through any other method. A purchase does not increase a participant's chances of winning any prize.

9. Changes

Sponsor may modify the AMOE procedure from time to time, subject to applicable law and to the principle that the AMOE must remain a genuine, cost-free method of entry equivalent in value to purchase-based methods. Material changes will be published on this page and in-app before taking effect.
