These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and services ("Services") provided by Tappy Games LLC ("Tappy Games," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require an account or device-based identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

4. In-App Purchases

Our Services may offer in-app purchases, including consumable items (such as virtual currency) and auto-renewable subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and policies.

  • Virtual Currency: Virtual chips and other in-game currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. They are provided for entertainment purposes only.
  • Subscriptions: Auto-renewable subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (Apple ID Settings or Google Play Store > Subscriptions).
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Exploit, cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party tools to gain unfair advantages in our games.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services.
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data not intended for you.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in our Services, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and game design, is owned by or licensed to Tappy Games and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tappy Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
